Membership Form
Memberships are due by January 1 of each year. Please be sure to give your child’s name and date of birth!
Respite Funding Form
Respite funding is available to members in good standing who have one or more child on the autism spectrum under the age of 18.
Summer Funding Form
You can be reimbursed for up to $200 for summer camp/recreational programs for your child with autism. Please remember to include a copy of the receipt.

The Cridge Centre for the Family offers a free night's accomodation in a Victoria-area hotel or bed and breakfast to parents receiving (or on the wait list to receive) respite services.
