Please select the category of interest from those above: The VSCA library contains the most recent literature, tapes and videos to help support your child. Members can borrow materials for up to one month. VSCA is also building up an equipment loan library for families to try certain equipment before purchasing it. Our library is now housed at (VACL) the Victoria Association for Community Living offices. VACL and VSCA has chosen to combine resources, therefore all VSCA members may access the entire VACL library, as well as our own, at no cost. The library is located at: Victoria
